OUR PRODUCTS


We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

DELIVERY


Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and handlers to make sure you receive your goods quickly and cheaply. We usually ship orders within 48 hours, and depending on the shipping options you choose, you should receive them within 3-5 working days.

Returns

REPLACEMENT


If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at info@h2on.in and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via email. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

Please contact us regarding any assistance you require within 10 days of your order’s purchase date. After 10 days we are unable to guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

RETURNS


We only accept the return of orders that are unopened, unused, and within 10 days of their delivery.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 10 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned. These include:

Opened or used items

Items not in their original condition

Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Return Process:

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.

Ship Item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging and include the RAN. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [customer service contact information].

Exceptions: Clearance Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.

Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
